Generic support • Login partyline faulth netwerk error

Hello there

I have a unrealircd 6.1.4. with user login.

I have install a eggdrop and change the config and renamed.
Now the install say "completed looking good"
The next step is login the partyline and add the bot into my channels. (this is what i read on eggheads.org)

But i can't open the partyline, i do follow:

1= open Putty
2= click on "other" (telnet)
3= drop my server ip
4= add the port of the partybot
5= Putty shows afther 25 seconds follow error: Netwerk eror: Connection timed out

i don't understand whats wrong, the server ip is working, unrealircd is working.
What do i wrongm and how can i login into the partyline?
i need also a handle (username & pass)

Can anyone pleasse help me the next step?
