I assume that you've mistyped your UnrealIRCd version and you meant UnrealIRCd 6.1.4, since UnrealIRCd 4.x is unsupported since Jan 1, 2021.![:)]( "Smile")
Unfortunately (for you), the issue you're experiencing with eggdrop is completely unrelated to UnrealIRCd.
If you need help with eggdrop you should visit the #eggdrop channel on Libera network (irc.libera.chat) using your favourite IRC client or via Libera's webchat, using this direct link.
